- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am sharing on behalf of my grandmother - Ever since it has been taken over by new owners, they don't send out bills, are unable to take payments over the phone without problems. Telling me my card isn't working and it's blocked when there is nothing wrong with it!! I call to pay when my bills are due and they don't even know it's due! They have absolutely awful service and I can't afford anything else so unfortunatley I am stuck but I am handling this with the BBB.
