  HS utility services are archaic. Only the person that set up the account can talk to a customer service person. For example, if you are a married couple and you set up the account in the beginning, your husband cannot be added to the account even though he may pay the bills and customer service will not give him information. Ridiculous!! Why can't we move into the modern age like Conway? When you move to Conway, you can set up all utilities at one place - Conway Corp. One phone call, one deposit, one place to pay the bill. Come on Hot Springs!!!

  I would give it less than one star but that isn't possible. Went to pay my water bill this week. It was shut off as I had forgotten to pay it. Totally my fault. However, there was one lady working customer service and one lady working the front desk. The boss, Mr.Dulap, was in his cubical watching his staff struggle with a constantly filling waiting room. Super crappy leadership. Secondly, the customer service lady was constantly dealing with pissed off people. One because of the wait, two because she always had to tell people they needed something else and attempt to explain why people were supposed to know these things even though they were never posted. The city of Hot Springs's motto is " we have matching shirts, but don't expect us to handle things efficiently". Every single time I go in that office, I leave angry. Worst place ever! The DMV is better.
