- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is in response to Neal Libby We answer our phone but Mr. Libby was calling an old number. I've updated with all appropriate websites and phone companies but a bad number does remain out there and there is nothing I can do about that. His tax return was prepared correctly. Mr Libby did not give us all the necessary items to prepare his return and therefore it was an incorrect return. The return filed on his behalf was correct for the information we received. He was told this and we helped him with his concerns and he is now good with his state tax return. Mr. Libby does not understand that he was the sole reason for the errors and no matter how much I talk to him he doesn't get it. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This tax filing season, I found myself stressed and losing sleep over our complicated tax filing this year. I went to Malone Tax & Bookkeeping and I was able to meet with Sam Campbell. We recognized each other because I work at a college where Sam was a former student. When I left his office, I felt like I could relax again and was in good hands.
